Happy Halloween!

The day started off a little chilly not freezing but more so then in the past years, can you tell?

We walked around in Garden City by Joanie's house. Dawn and Mikie came too. It was a lot of fun having such a big group.

We hung out and ate of course back at Joaine's house. The kids decided, after Hunter made a chart that it was a great idea to go back out for "more" candy. I was against it. I was freezing and tired (teaches me to stay out till 1:30am the night before) Anyway I was out voted Keiren and Isabel decided to raid Hunters closet for a warmer costume. We had our self an army girl and police girl, they looked really cute!

Long Island's Childrens Museum

Mikie and Dawn came with us to the LICM, we love that place. We always love the mirrors, especially me ... NOT !! Nothing like having to look at a million of yourself at once! "WOW look what I did mom, did you get a picture" Bubble spot is always the best !!

I think Mikie really thought he could play. Our local Long Island weather girl. Guess what she wants to be now when she gets older? Workshop unfortunately she never makes anything worth keeping :(

Took mom to California Pizza Kitchen for lunch to celebrate her 70th birthday!

We went to Hanks Farm out East, what a beautiful day it was so warm that is was hard to dress her fallish for better pictures so now she looked like Pipi Longstocking instead.

We ended up not even buying a pumpkin but we had fun looking at all the big ones, to big to carry around and it was still early in the season.


Apple picking was fun too, the trees were the perfect size for little arms to grab even Brayden!





The whole day was fun. The corn was delicious!! Kids had so many things to play on.

The corn maze was hard it was our first time in one. We got a paper with a pumpkin on it and then we had to go through the maze to find the eyes, nose and mouth each at there own stop. All of us kept finding the same stop "the eyes" it was so much harder then I thought. It was suppose to be a 15 min maze but it took us about 40 min. The big problem was the heat.
