Bear Mountain

Day started off a little IFFY with all the rain we have been having this year today was another "might rain" but we headed out early anyway. First we met Adene at the outlets and it was beautiful out. Bought a few things best sale was my grumpy men Pj's pants!!
It was a little more quiet at Bear Mt. then usual but we met up with friends and the kids were thrilled. Took a walk down to the lake, how cute do all the girls look.

Then I sky turned black, the girls went running screaming "TORNADO" and then down came the rain

In the end we were able to salvage the day, we left went to Adene's dried off, ate and headed back. Night turned out great kids had a blast, dance, played and we watch the fireworks!

Trophy Night

It was trophy night for Tee Ball, OK so maybe we were not the most promising team, but it was adorable to watch them play. I hope that she considers playing again, but without a certain kid there...lol She was so proud of her trophy she brought it into the diner to show it off.

2nd Dance Recital!

This was from the dress rehearsal, the girls were so freakin cute. It was such a great group of kids in her class this year. They were having such a good time playing on stage. Isabel was so excited to do the show this year. As shy as she can be she will put on a show for anyone she LOVES the stage!

Nana Pauline, Mimi, Melissa, her friend Frank, Anthony and I went to see the show. It was a very good show all around all the kids were great. So cute were the little ones. OF COURSE Isabel's class was the cutest but that was expected right?

These were from the show so happy this year she actually danced

Just a few more T-Ball pics

I thought these were cute... A++ for effort on this one, to bad she was not really that close.

Do you not love the look of bordom???

Boy do we LOVE playmobil...

The problem with playmobil is that it is not cheap and the are a gazillion tiny parts. The tiny parts are actually what make some of it so cute. Isabel loves her playmobil stuff but it seems to be taking over and it needs to be in a place where the little ones can not get to it. SOOO here was my idea.

Turned out to be a good idea. We hardly use the bottom bunk bed and now I can put a gate up from the little ones. I like when something you are thinking actually comes together.

Visit with Uncle Martin

Isabel has been a little afraid of policemen lately. I have not wanted her to be afraid for that just in case she needs help she will go to one. The plan was that if she saw Martin at work in his car and uniform that she would see they were good not bad. I think it might have worked, now she is obsessed and wants police people for her playmobil.

She wanted to know if you steal lipstick if that was bad and you can go to jail?? HUMMM I have no idea where that question came from, starting to wonder, but have not found any evidence yet...lol

Our first real BOO BOO... 20 STITCHES

I did not have more car for a week it was in the shop getting stuff done. My dad dropped it off about 1:30 and quickly ran to the bank and post office. When I came in I asked the kids to take off their shoes, it was about 2:30, Spencer said "wanna race" then to my response, guys we don't run in the house. Needless to say Isabel ran, tripped on her own foot and hit the CORNER of the coffee table. I saw it happen and thought for sure she hit the eye, so when I picked her up I was almost relieved to see a HUGE HOLE in her forehead. There was really no blood so it was easy to see that it required stitches. SO thank god I had my car back, perfect timing, in we went to LIJ. With the outbreak of SWINE FLU you can not imagine the war zone in the ER, people being triaged at the door and wearing masks. Isabel was awesome she was not even crying, answered all their questions and just chilled out. I requested a Plastic Surgeon so that was the hold up, we had to wait for him to come in. The put a numbing creme and bandage on her while we waited and Isabel sang, danced, talked to her reflection in the window (it was her magic mirror) all she really wanted was FRIENDLY's for dinner. She was in such a good mood I didn't want to break her heart for what was ahead.

At 5:30 when they took her in she started to get a little shaky but was still OK THEN she was told to lay down, when he started putting the numbing needle in her head it was all over. I was holding her down with my body, her face with my hands, she was screaming "I don't like Adene's hospital I want to go home!!" It was so crazy, after he cleaned it out I was able to see her skull it went all the way down. He looked it over and no damage to the skull bone so that was a relief! Well he was finished did an AMAZING job I was so happy with it (she not so much appreciated it) then it was off to Friendly's and then her dad let her go to ToysRus to pick out anything she wanted.

Tee Ball

YAY our first sport other then dancing. I really signed her up for me, it was the perfect time at night 6-7:30 and I knew other moms, thought it would be fun. It really is very cute to watch a bunch of 4 year olds play. I like enjoy going, watching her and helping out. I think she is starting to enjoy it too. I got some really great shots but don't be deceived they all look like she is ready to hit the ball but NOPE!!!
